The “Woman’s Center” is a social support service for women as well as an artspace.
In view of this cooperation art therapy workshops are being conducted, 5-7 people, at a short level. These groups provide therapeutical support to women of all ages, to detect, process and deal with their problems. A variety of artistic materials is used and no prior knowledge of painting is needed.
“Knowing thyself” (gnothi sauton) is the actual getting to knowing ourselves. Its true essence lies in caring for the soul, self-awareness, awareness of our skills, abilities and potential. It helps us understand the way we could act in order to gain the real self-awareness.
