For the 6th year in a row, the Program of Creative Development through Painting (Art as Therapy) entitled: “My World’s Image VI”, took place and was completed.
Art as Therapy, in these demanding times we are going through, contributed once again to the expression of the feelings and experiences of the students, overcoming any limits that exist in their verbal imprint.
This pleasant procedure offered an alternative way to express themselves and cultivate their creative thinking.
“Knowing thyself” (gnothi sauton) is the actual getting to knowing ourselves. Its true essence lies in caring for the soul, self-awareness, awareness of our skills, abilities and potential. It helps us understand the way we could act in order to gain the real self-awareness.
