The completion of the Creative Development Program through Painting (Art as Therapy) entitled: " My World’s Image IV" took place this year in a picturesque and quiet place of Pyrgos.
In this review meeting the students had the opportunity to see all their images and choose the most important one of this course. They expressed their opinion on the process and agreed that they found the program very nice when we meet with psysical presence.
Art as Therapy helped children understand the special circumstances we are going through and helped them discover ways to learn from their experiences.
“Knowing thyself” (gnothi sauton) is the actual getting to knowing ourselves. Its true essence lies in caring for the soul, self-awareness, awareness of our skills, abilities and potential. It helps us understand the way we could act in order to gain the real self-awareness.
