The Program of Creative Development through Painting (Art as Therapy) entitled: "My World’s Image IV", in which students from the Primary Schools of Tinos Town participated, was successfully completed for the fourth consecutive year.
Art as Therapy offered students, during this special period we are going through, a symbolic language of expression of their feelings and experiences as well as the possibility of their transformation.
“Knowing thyself” (gnothi sauton) is the actual getting to knowing ourselves. Its true essence lies in caring for the soul, self-awareness, awareness of our skills, abilities and potential. It helps us understand the way we could act in order to gain the real self-awareness.
